Have you every fancied the chance to sail in the Highlands most beautiful scenery and experience the finest of whiskys while sailing for 200 miles through the Inner Hebrides from Oban to Skye and back to Islay. This is one of the most relaxing and exciting experiences in Scottish sailing and gives you the chance to visit three coastal Classic Malts distilleries of Oban, Talisker and Lagavulin. While ashore at these distilleries there will be a host of entertainments including buffets, music, dancing and, of course, for a chance to meet those whose lives are spent making Scotland's finest whisky.

Our journey begins from Oban on Sunday as we make our way towards the Isle of Skye and Talisker stopping off along the way on some secluded anchorages to enjoy the scenery and fine cooking and of course good malt. We arrive at Talisker on Wednesday night and are ready for two days entertainment at this most wonderful distillery. On Thursday afternoon there are distillery tours and tutored tastings to be enjoyed, before gathering at the Distillery cask store for an early evening traditional Scottish supper, followed by the now-famed Talisker ceilidh, with dancing late into the night.

By mid afternoon on the Friday we will set sail out into the Minch and head towards the Islay passing some stunning scenery and stopping of at some of Scotland's most beautiful islands and small anchorages with the hope to see passing whales and dolphins as well as sea eagles and golden eagles high above the cliffs.

By the following Thursday we will arrive at Lagavulin on Islay in good time to enjoy distillery tours and the island's gentle hospitality throughout the day, and of course to prepare for the evening's ceilidh at Lagavulin, traditional finale to the cruise. We depart late Friday afternoon and journey back to Oban and to drop you off after a fantastic experience.
